Booth Owner FAQ
Do all items sold have to adhere to a theme?
Booth owners will be required to carry a majority of items within the RPG and gaming related genre. As our goal is to give creators a platform to share their interests with fellow fans, we are keeping this definition broad and prioritizing any artwork and fanart based on titles containing the following themes:

Storytelling

Adventure

Gaming
-
Exploration
What are some example of merchandise you are looking for?

Role-playing games across any platforms and genres such as the Final Fantasy Series, Legend of Zelda Series, Pokémon Series, Genshin Impact, the Witcher Series, the Fire Emblem Series, Persona Series etc.

Art of original characters and designs based off existing RPG titles like Final Fantasy XIV or Dungeons and Dragons.

Fanart of Vtubers with content focused on gaming.

Original and/or fan merchandise with the themes of adventuring, exploration, role-playing games and storytelling
Are merchandise not related to the theme of the event allowed?
Merchandise not related to the theme of the event are allowed. But, we require a majority of your products to be related to the theme.
Is booth sharing allowed?
Booth sharing will be allowed. We will require all participating creators to be registered and approved by a certain deadline. Please take note that on the event date, there will be a limit to the helpers behind the booth at one time regardless of the number members your circle might contain. This is in consideration for surrounding booth owners.
Are we allowed to organize any fan driven activities of our own?
Yes, booth driven activities/stamp rallies or giveaways are allowed in the spirit of the event, as long as it does not hinder crowd flow or go against any event terms and conditions. It does not need to be based on FFXIV.
Is booth registration open to foreigners?
Yes. Booth registration is open to foreigners.
